MST3K is Back on Pluto TV!
Some of science fiction’s best films begin a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away… This is not one of those films.
In the not too distant future, in the “Satellite of Love,” orbiting Earth at a few hundred miles distance, an ordinary man and his robot pals are forced to watch the worst movies of all time. This sounds like brutal torture and not the basis for one of the funniest TV shows of all time, But Joel, Mike, Tom Servo and Crow T. Robot have made this premise into one of the universe’s most hysterical, original, and uninhibited shows of all time. And what better platform to beam this into the galaxy than Pluto TV? Mystery Science Theater 3000 is too funny for any other network, so we gave it its own channel! Catch MST3K (Ch. 264) every Monday at 7 p.m. ET.
MST3K rocketed to the top of the cable public access channel charts back in the 80’s and early 90’s, but you won’t have to search bootleg sites or late-night rerun channels for this hidden gem. Laugh along with B movies like “Manos: The Hands of Fate,” “Attack of the Eye Creatures,” and the aptly named “Eegah” on MST3K (Ch. 264).
